We had been planning the trip after semester during the last days, and finally we decided to exclude Tokyo from the list, the rest.. still quite unknown. But we decided go to Tokyo next week during the long holidays. There was the Korean Memorial Day coming up next week on Friday so it was perfect time to go. After a short survey we were 3 people going, both Kevins and me. We bought the tickets and started waiting our trip.

I have been talking about the insect–problem we have here in our KELI–house. On Tuesday evening I totally bolted. Besides these normal bugs, ants, flies ets. I found a huge spider crawling in my clothes. That was it. I don’t mind tiny bugs & insects, but the fact rats were spotted in our toilet during last weeks.. and now this spider.. I started to write an official note for the dorm administration that ”hey guys there is something going on here don’t you see??” Our floor leader said that he had already discussed with the administration about these problems so I wrote the letter, gathered signatures of 67 % of the all people living in the KELI-house and handed it to the Keimyung president, the International affairs office and the dorm administration. I surely don’t know if this helps but I got lot of good feedback from the KELI–residents. One thing I noticed though was that the dorm cleaner didn’t say hello me on the next day..

On Thursday we had a George Takei visiting Keimyung. George is famous for his role in the Star Trek as a Hikary Sulu, the helmsman of the USS Enterprise. He lectured about his career, future and the life as a general. It was good.
Can’t wait to get to the Tokyo.
