KELI–house.
The object we have a love-hate relationship to. The KELI–house is really awesome cos’ there are so great people living there. But there are bugs. Many of them. Korean students even call the KELI–house as the ”BUG”–house.

On Tuesday we encountered a rat in our first floor toilet. It was something I don’t even want to talk about here, and wasn’t even the first one there has been. Disgusting. We had a talk with the floor leader of the first floor and he said he has talked to the dorm administration about these problems and he said they know these problems. All what is been done is these insect–sprayings which obviously are not enough to keep the rats & other nasty things away. We came up with an idea that we should write a letter and gather as many signatures as possible. Had to give a time for that..

We have this Brian in our Korean language class. He isn’t really an exchange student, but he wanted to attend the class for just out of interest cos’ he is staying with his father who is a professor here in Keimyung. He had been here in Korea for almost 3 months which is the maximum for visa-free entry. He was leaving Korea on Thursday so it was time for the first farewell. It really was something, we somehow realized that it is only 1 month and we are all gone..

We were organizing this Water Fight on Wednesday in the Keimyung. People were super interested and we even heard there were people coming over from other universities. Awesome. Staff from the International Office promised to sponsor us. They were feeling bad since all the activities planned for exchange students had been cancelled because of the Sewol ferry disaster happened last month.

We had super fun! Check out the video of it in the Videos-section!
After the fight I had this one presentation which I presented wet clothes on, I left my dorm key to my room..

Regards

Henri
