Klara vappen!
I had a bit different May-day than the ones I have used to in Finland. We had a normal school day, but it wasn’t bad! The operating systems class’ Professor Mr. Rittenhouse ordered some pizzas, chicken and pasta for us cos’ well.. the midterms was done last week..! Nice!
The long holidays were coming this weekend, school was back again on the next Wednesday cos’ of the Children’s day on Monday and the Buddha’s birthday on Tuesday. Both national holidays. Our Korean language teacher had prepared for them, and she arranged some traditional Korean activity for the class on Friday. We got to do the paper Bok Jumoni’s under her supervision. Those were like origami’s, they were constructed to a shape of Bok Jumoni, a traditional Korean money bag.
It was again time for a field trip in my Features of Korean traditional foods, and so we went to eat raw fish into this one Korean restaurant on Friday. I wasn’t concerned about the food, cos’ we had a professor with us.
The food was definitely worth of trying! I got a good start to the holidays! We had also prepared for the holidays, we had rented this one apartment from Busan. So there I was, stomach full, going to have a beach holiday at Busan..!
Regards
Henri
