This week started with a strong Chinese breeze. On Monday our visas to China arrived and we had dinner at this one Chinese restaurant, eating all kind of Chinese food and the Black noodles. The date 14.4. is celebrated here as the ”Black day”. It is basically for all the people not living in a relationship and if you fit this requirement being single you could eat Black noodles. Yet I’m not telling you guys if I ate it or not..

Monday was also special cos’ we received a message that Mr. Cho’s wife from the International affairs office gave birth to a baby girl! Wonderful! Mr. Cho and the crew have helped us with so many issues you could ever imagine that my friends got this idea to decorate his office with all pink items and give him a surprise when he’ll be back to office. We gathered some money and guys headed to market on Tuesday afternoon. The surprise was a great success! We received many thanks from Mr. Cho!

I have really got into going to gym and jogging here. Somebody could say that it is uncommon to happen while you are having your exchange period but I’m enjoying it! It gives great boost to your days! On Tuesday night I went to see the bigger gym inside the ”Taekwondo-building” with Marcus. Here are many gyms and other exercising facilities at the campus, I don’t really even know them all!

On Wednesday it was Ron’s birthday. We gave him a good boost at the morning singing the ”Happy birthday”–song in Korean! We were at the Korean class and our teacher helped us with the Korean version of the song. Yet we had planned a bigger surprise for Ron. We knew that Ron was going out on Wednesday night, so the plan was to decorate his room with balloon, festive ribbon and everything. Ron was totally surprised when he got to the dorm before curfew and opened the door of his room and we were inside, in the middle of the festive room.
