Summer is coming to Daegu. You could say goodbye to your jackets and long sleeve shirts! Locals are saying that in mid-summer there are temperatures of even + 40 Celsius at the hottest! Now only +20. So warmest regards to my family, friends and all the other inhabitants living in the cold Scandinavia.. hehheh..!

There was this welcoming festival in the Keimyung’s amphitheater at the evening. We thought that we could order some delivery food to the site, but we needed someone who could order it, in Korean of course. We asked Soo to order it for us!

The festival was awesome. The amphitheater was totally crowded. There were shows of Taekwondo, some girls dancing, opera, we got our pizzas at the meantime, popular Korean singer performed, student union introduced themselves etc..!

I’ve told you about the funniest things happened on a day, and today’s highlight was when this Korean girl approached me at the front of the amphitheater and said: ”Moikka! Sinä olet varmaan Henri..!? Minä olen Amie!” Basically introduced herself and asked if I was Henri, all in Finnish! WOW! It turned out that she had a Finnish boyfriend and we had few mutual friends in Finland! But I was like ”what the...” when she started talking Finnish..
